Do we shred on site or off site?

Shred for Good is an offsite facility designed specifically to employ more individuals living with disabilities.

Does the customer have to remove staples, paperclips, etc.?

Our trained staff will take care of all sorting and prepping so you don’t have to.

Does the customer pay when we pick up the documents?

Our customers are sent an invoice for payment.

What happens to the paper after its shredded?

Shred for Good recycles the shredded paper domestically.

Is our service safe and secure?

Shred for Good meets and/or exceeds all security requirements to maintain safe transport with GPS tracked vehicles, secure Chain of Custody, and our facility is equipped with state of the art security, 24/7 surveillance with alarmed and monitored entrance.

Do we have flat rates or will there be other fees added?

Shred for Good has flat rates and no additional charges are added.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of documents we will pick up?

There are no minimum or maximum amounts that we will pick up.

What type of materials do you shred?

We shred paper products only.

What happens if our console is full before our scheduled pick up time?

Give us a call and we will make arrangements to have your bin or console emptied.

Why use shredding service instead of shredding in-house?

It is no longer optional to securely destroy sensitive documents and businesses are required to adopt and implement an appropriate destruction program.  Using a third party takes this responsibility off your employees that not only protects your business but saves cost in labor hours.

Do you background check your employees?

Our employees are drug screened and background checked and our drivers are licensed, bonded and insured.
